I/Q modultor which can accept 1 to 1. 2GHz Input I/Q signals

I am need of I/Q modulator which can accept 1 to 1.2GHZ I/Q signals
Can I use discrete components to do that

I suggest you don't do it with discrete components, because you are not the modulator vendor. Just find a vendor and buy it, say Analog devices, etc.
