[Help] 13MHz Inductive Coupling. Class E Power Amp Design

I want to design a class E PA to transmit power from one coil to the other (inductively power coupling). For this low frequency PA design, what simulation should I run? Transient? HB?

I would use transient simulator since you will be dealing with rise/fall times and the waveform as a function of time is critical.
