Tunable attenuator design

Do anyone know how to design a 4 port attenuator which can tune to different attenuation as desired?

It should be only a passive attenuator.

Attenuator for receiving signal? If so then it should not be problem to find necessary schematic, switching is done by several simple 2-way switches or by rotary multiport switch.
