electronically tunable MW oscillators

HI FRIENDS,

I am interested in knowing about varactor diode coupled cavities,which
can be used as electronically tuned high-Q oscillators at MW frequencies.

Can you please help me,by providing some literature on this?

Is it a good research topic?
