cable tv booster circuit
if possible give me a small circuit
Boosting signal in cable TV can be done in the same way as boosting signal from antennas: you need a low-noise, 44-880MHz and at least 15dB gain amplifier ..
Here is one example:

Low noise or high power..
You should first answer this question because of circuit topologies are very different.
Which band will you use it? VHF,UHF or both ?
If you don't know anything about wideband amplifier design, use "ready to use" amplifiers from WJ, Sirenza,RFMD, Anadigics, Mini Circuits etc...
To implement an very wide band amplifier is quite difficult..
Hi,
Cable TV signals are usually very strong, I don't understand why you want
to boost them even more. I would first check all the cables and splitters
before taking action and replace them with high quality material if necessary.
A better cable is always better than the best amplifier and a lot cheaper.
But if you really must, look here: http://www.semiconductors.philips.co...th_edition.pdf
Download the manual and look at pages 31 and 32.
Here you will find the right amplifier, the kind of amplifiers cable companies use
in their networks. They work extremely well, I use them for all sorts of purposes.
And they are also easy to use: Bolt one to a heatsink, connect the power supply,
usually 24 V / 500 mA, ( they're hungry as well) , connect input and output cables
and you are ready to rock & roll. That's it, but it's gonna cost you !
RF-Parts in the U.S. has some, look at the price and decide.

actually i m using cable in one room
in other room a low quality picture is obtained without using a wire i.e. through Antena
i wanted to make the sisnal from cable strong in air
or the other way is to use a booster at receving antena
i m prefering receving
that the signal is catched from antena then boosted up then given to TV
how about it
you must check the signal level and the matcing impedence too.
if not necessary, do not use BALUN.
YOU MAY USE NORMAL AMPLIFIER CKT. DEPENDING ON FREQUENCY OF OPERATION.
these r the things i m asking my friends(u people) including circuit
1st one i think would be good enough but if i want to boost signal at receving point
i mean to boost the signal which is in air
That is wideband amplifier for TV antenna. If you feed cable TV signal into that one, you will get one big NOTHING because you will overload the amplifier.
