I meet a problem when I do simulation with TSMC 0.18 design kit. I found I could not changed the channel width of TSMC_CM018RF_NMOS_RF. Is there anyone did that before? Please help me. Thanks a lot.
BTW, What is the difference between TSMC_CM018RF_NMOS_RF and TSMC_CM018RF_NMOS? Which instance should I use?
