Help me identify a SAWF component
Hi,
What does SAWF mean in your interpretation?
SAWF for me so far has the meaning of Surface Acoustic Wave Filter and as such it is usually a passive filter, does not need power supply. Of course if it is integrated into a package with active devices, then the package needs supply voltage.
If you see "15A" printed on the top surface of the device, then it can probably be identified.
See this link for instance: http://www.tkb-4u.com/code/smdcode/smdcode1.php
1) 15A = MMBD1505A National dual ca Si diode 200V 100mA
2) 15A = PZM15NB2A Philips dual ca 15V 0.3W zener SOT346
Maybe you can identify? Look for the data sheets at the manufacturer home pages.

Thank fou your reply!I understand what you have said! "15A/3YD" printed on the top surface of the device! Perhaps it' a transistor! It's used for hyperlink 2.4G 802.11B/G amplifier! It' a pity that i have not the photograph of this component! please reply as soon as quickly ! thanks!
Hi,
Sorry but go to this page and read it carefully:

I cannot do much else, maybe I suggest to check between the pins with the diode test function of a multimeter to see if it is really a bipolar transistor or not.

I understand your meaning !This device seem to be a IC ,not only a transistor!
