GaAs switch voltage? rating

Hi to you, RF gurus...
I'm not familiar to the RF world, and there's something that I don't understand (many things, actually...)
I have a system with a high-voltage pulser (~350V),a transducer and a receiver. Both the pulser and the receiver are connected to the transducer. Of course I need to protect the receiver from the high voltage pulses, and I'm interrested in the signal that comes after the pulses.
I thought of using a GaAs swith for this purpose. Is it possible? If it is, how do I know that one given switch will be able to withstand the high voltage pulses in its OFF state?
Some useful information:
The system's bandwidth is 35 MHz
The signals that should be transmitted to the receiver when the switch is on are of course quite low power.
