Help about simulation of LNA using ADS

Hi all,
I am novice of ADS. I made a schematic of LNA in ADS. It gave me such error message as follows:
Error detected by HPEESOFSIM during netlist parsing.
Instance 'M4":
'Mode' is not a valid parameter for an instance of 'TSMC_CM018RF_RF_SUBCKT_nmos_rf'.
Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thanks a lot.

Define MODE parameter in a "Variable" box.Mode should be generally "OFF","SATURATED","LINEAR"" etc.To find the correct variable, look at modelbook of your technology.
