Wireless voice transmission

Hi to everyone,

I wanna transmit wireless and without line of sight voice and data an indoor environment for my project. There are some transmitters and receivers, but, they are not capable of data rate, and i dont want to try codec. Sizes of transmitter/receiver or any equipment must be smaller. Duration of voice information will be shorter, it will give information to user with two sentences. If you know like an equipment, please help me,
