Hi,
I have a little problem of understanding dark current.
Is dark current the same as reverse bias current of a photodiode?
If there are some other sources of dark current, such as detects in silicon..etc, what are the portion of reverse bias current that contributes to dark current?
Thank you!

dark current is reverse current which is maximum reverse current in minimum intesity of light
miority carriers also contribute in dark current.
total current - photocurrent = dark current or reverse current
