how can I create a mos V-I curve in spectre

just begin to transfer from ads to spectre,(so a lot of trouble encoutered)

I created a dc scan for Vdc
and then using a parametric analysis to sweep the Vgs
the simulation succeeded,but I don't know how to draw the desired I-V curve,I selected direct plot and the result is displayed in a wrong style

make dc sweep on vgs and parametric sweep on vds then plot the id.

OR make two parametric sweep on vgs and vds with vds as the second (bottom) sweep then plot id
