Does the Q-factor of components (L/C) impact on matching?

What's the impact if I select low/high Q-factor of components for impedance
matching ? Thanks for your help.

You can test it by any commercial RF-simulation programme (ADS, Ansoft Designer, MWO .....).

THink of a low Q part having a high parasitic resistance, and a High Q part havin a small parasitic resistance. Low Q parts will keep your match closer in towards the center of the smith chart, and higher q parts will enable you to go further out.
