Hello.
I have this exercise which I cannot solve. Can anyone help or point out a site or an ebook? This is the exercise.
We must design an antenna (operation frequency f=30MHz) implemented with an array of horizontal dipoles k/2 that presents one single lobe in the radiation chart and in 30 degrees line with the ground. We want to find the gain G of the antenna.
Suggestion : Start by taking a single dipole located horizontal on the ground. Consider the ground to be perfect conductor (did I say that correct?). Then add more dipoles k/2 so that we will get only one lobe with maximum in the certain direction.
