Microwave Amplifier Design

Pls,

I want to design two-port amp.

Tx of 1mW at port 1 is amplified to 1 W at port 2.
Rx is supplied at port 2 and amplified to 40dB at port 1 with less noise.
Freq 1.8 to 2 GHz
Ref Impedance 50 ohm
Supply Volt 3 V.

I need reference to design above specification.

u can design it using multistage amp for front stage use mini circuit mmic amp and in final stage use hittite HMC453ST89 but i think u will require at least 5v power supply
