Help: fiber optical LED modeling(models) and drive circuits

I've tried to google for the LED(plastic optical fiber light sources) modeling methods or spice models in the past few days and found nothing useful. If you have relevant information or experience, would you please kindly share with me?
BTW: I'm trying to find some peripheral/line drivers that can drive the LED to work in the MHz range. Some TTL input compatible NAND gate will do, as long as it has a short enough propagation delay and drive capability of around 100mA. One of the good one is TI75451, but I need alternatives.
