What technique is better to feed microstrip line?

I am new with the microstrip antenna. As i know, there have many method to feed the microstrip antennas. The most popular is using transmission line, cavity and Full wave analysis. My problem is i'm don't how to motify which one is better method. I'm read a book and said that full wave analsis is more accurate but cumbersome. (Analysis IN PATCH ANTENNA) May someone tell me what should i do and prove it? May i do some calculation or simulation to compare them? I'm stacked. Please help! I'm grateful for your help. Thanks in advance.

I think you are a litle bit confused. Full wave analysis is not a method to feed microstrip antennas but to analise them.
Microstrip antennas (patch antennas) are usualy fed with striplines and coax cables. The best method is the one that works for you. You should study a little bit and check what you need and what you can do. Then decide.
About the simulation, ofcourse you can do it. Take an apropriate software like Sonnet or HFSS an make a model!

May i know that u want to design microstrip antenna or you want to analysis it.
If u want to design, then get some help from simulation software like HFSS,IE3D and ADS.
Before all that stuff have a look at the book Hand book for microstrip antenna by KC Gupta, Ramesh garg, I Bhal, P Bhatia.

To answer to your subject question: one of the best technique to feed a microstrip line is to use a CPW feed.

The best way is to feed from the ground plane side. This can be done with a slot (which has wider bandwidth) or a perpendicular conductor.

The worst way is to use a microstrip line on the same layer as the antenna patch.
