convert integrated phase noise to degrees

If I have calculated the VCO integrated phase noise for 1 kHz to 1MHz band in degrees, how can I convert this result to dBc? Thank you in advance.

That's difficult to do. Once you integrate the phase noise to get the noise in degrees, you lose the shape of the phase noise, and you can't recover it.

What you can do is, if you know the shape of the PLL Noise, is to play with the absolute level of the phase noise to get something that has the same integrated phase noise.
