power amplifier design steps

hi i am going to desig pa for 2.4 Ghz.
i am attaching the jpg image of that pa
the output power delivered to antenna is 6dbm.
plz tell me what current i put for baising in all three stages and what the gain i put for all different stages.
is there any relation to calculate the bias current and gain with the power dilivered to anteena
