My semester project is design of low noise amplifier 5-100Mhz with following characteristics
Input signal = 70 nano volts (-130.9dBm)
output signal = 2.2milli volts (-40dBm)
using NEC 2SC2570A BJT transistor. The cable amplifier available in market uses same transistor and input is -65dBm. I have to improve upon it using the same transistor.
First of all i need model of transistor in PSPICE to carry my work on and if possible can someon guide me in desiging this low noise amplifier.

Your total input referred noise is approximately -174 dBm/Hz + 10log(100MHz) + 4 dB (NF) which is -90 dBm. This is much larger than your input signal so I expect that your input signal is bandwidth limited but with a frequency that can vary along this range?
For this bandwidth you presumably need feedback, and then I wonder why you just don't prefer a good low-noise operational amplifier?
Hi
The lna bandwidth is 5-100MHz
What is Your Signal bandwidth?
