How would I calculate the minumum distance between microstrip lines at 10Gbs to avoid cross coupling? The substrate is silicon. Thanks

What type of silicone is used (epsilon, thikness) and what exactly do you understant by 10Gbps (which is the signal level).

You can simulate them by electromagnetic simulation at the frequency which can be obtained according to the data rate.
