I do really need your help to find out articles or papers which contain the derivation of Dyadic Green's function associated with scalar green's function in case of infinitely-long rectangular waveguide for :

1. Magnetic Field produced by a Unit Electric Current
2. Electric Field produced by a Unit Electric Current
