I need to measure power level of ku sspa over wide temperature any circuit or MMIC available to do this job.

In my opinion , commercial power sensors still remain the most accurare sensors, say Agilent, Rohde & Schwarz, Anritsu.

But if your temperature range may be destructive or sensors are too expensive or too large and eavy, you may use a Tunnel Diode Detector.

The Tunnel Diode Detector, rather than Schottky Diodes is less sensitive to temperature variations.

Tunnels, as most detectors, works fine between -40 to -20 dBm.

Also IC log detectors may be found on the market but for my knowledge they are limited to UHF.
