How to use s2p data to find poles and zeros location using Matlab?

Hi all,

I am working on PA chracterization, I have collected the S-parameters data (magnitude) of PA, now i want to use collected .s2p data for pole zeros location ...i need a matlab code for this ..how can i plot this on matlab,,,,,,,

can anyone help me ....please ?

You can just use ADS or MWO to transfer to g paramters and draw the curve of Vout/Vin(g21) for the s2p file to find zero and pole.

u can use ADS P2D analysis to make a behavioral model of the PA based on measurements , by using ads connected solutions

but, you need to make some modification.

can we get the pole-zero location with the small signal s-parameters of a transistor using the same approach?
