broadening the e-plane of a dipole above a reflecting plate/ground plane

application is more specifically a dipole array with single element in e-plane, above a reflecting plate. im achieving approx 60 degrees of 3dB BW but would like up to 10 more degrees. reduction in directivity is expected and acceptable.
