Fairly low-value inductance with high Q at low frequency

I'm trying to design a notch filter covering frequency range from DC to 20MHz and with notch frequency of 1MHz (well its 910kHz to be exact).

Which components/manufacturers-part-number do you suggest for Q-values above 50 (100 would be nice) for 200nH at 1MHz.

What Q-value would I get with an air-core home-made inductance?

If you use large diameter and good conductive wires such as silver or electrolytic copper, there is no reason to not get a Q value around 100 or more..

Also, Murata and Coilcraft and other well known suppliers will able to provide very High Quality inductors..
