required help for designing Oscillator at 5.8GHz

hi friends
I am designing oscillator at frequencey 5.8GHz
I am using GaAsFET transistor(low noise) as an active device.
I want do design oscillator with microstrip resonator
Can any one tell me how oscillator is designed at this frequency?
I want to swith it on for duration of 1ns.( Its Q is low)
I dont have any references

for good oscillator start , try

pozar book , and chapter 5 of gonzalez book

also , nonlinear microwave and RF circuit design of steven mass is good

about how it is done , u use the microstrip as a feedback element to make the amplifier is unstable , and then , design the resonator for this frequency

what is ur transistor part number

Transistor is NE 3210S01 ( low noise FET)

frist u go www.cel.com ,and get the ads design kit , which includel the nonlinear models of the transistor , and begin the design process

What simulator software are you using?

u can use MWO , or whcih CAD package u will use

can u suggest me any IEEE or any other publication paper
which describes method of designing high frequency oscillator using GaASFET
with example, so that I can study various methods
