RF System Budget Analysis

Dear all,

Could anyone give me a file (maybe excel file or ADS), which allow me to find out the budget allocation of each RF building block in whole transceiver chain?

simply in ADS , in designers guide select RF system , and chose receiver , and select the type and measurements u want

also check the new simulation in ads the RF system budget analysis , it is great

Perhaps MWO VSS (Visual System Simulator) from Applied Wave Research will do as well. It is much more than just budget analysis.

For RF system link analysis, Excel is a starting point. You need have a major RF chain components and put NF, IP2 in each block and get an overall NF and IP2.

Perhaps worthwhile to see this fine multipurpose RF calculator.
