Help me find real values for LNA

i have design a LNA using for wireless LAN, until now i can't find the real value for my chip rsistor, inductor and capacitor. i attach my datasheet, maybe easy for us to aunderstand. hope any people can guide me.

the C blocking , and the RF chock , will depend on the frequency u will use this LNA in
and u can get the Rbias , by dtermining the ID , which said in the datasheet
from the chart GAIN vs. CURRENT , and the equation ID=(vcc-vd)/Rbias
Vd is 3.8

so from the equation and the chart u can get the RBIAS

the chock impedance should be 1o times the valuse of RBias in the frequancy of opration
