At my opinion the simplest way is - to use any kind of simulators , if you have no anyone - try MW Office 30 days for free. NO need to study a lot of theory - just try and change , result will be displayed immediately.

specially chapter 5:impedance transformation and matching, nad5.5:impedance matching with lumped elements. it also contains curves for finding impedance of a certain h and er substrait and certain w microstrip (and stripline, CPW and..) and vise versa. there is also some experimental formula, by the way, there is softwares to compute these parameters and our friends mentioned it; you should read this nice book to have a better undrestanding of what is involved.
