Urgent Help! Building CMOS Transmitter in 0.18um

Does anyone know how to build a CMOS TX in 0.18um, which include a upconverter with Driver amplifier with min of 5 dbm output while maintaining a good IM3. The project specification is attached, if someone will have the time to look over that will be excellent. I am in hurry of coming up with good design approaches for this project and still confused about how to start on it. Thanks in advance for anyone will help!
