Help me find a good LNA in the band 20-1000MHz

1- how can i find good LNA in the band : 20MHz-1000MHz
with:
NF<1 dB
Gain>20 dB

2- log periodic antenna : 100MHz<f<1300 MHz , Gain>5dV , VSWR<2.

Can u please let me know where ur going to use this LNA. Any specific application and which parameter u most cared about and which can be used for trade off.

I try to mesure a signal with 30 MHz BW and -95 dBm level in teh freq of 300 MHz.

a good antenna and good LNA are needed to capture the signal and ..
what did you propose?
