ADS MOS model in 0.13u technology

Can anyone please give me the MOS model in 0.13u technology, I would really appreciate it. 0.1 u would also be cool.

If you seek certain model and you have the PSpice model of it, you can easily include it in ADS and work with it..

Is it that case?

The problem is that I have the Hspice model, once I convert it in ADS, some thing comes that has like 40 element and the they are not even connected to each other

What is the model you need for exactly? PMOS or NMOS? Or both?

Two points:
1) It is both for PMOS and NMOS
2) The problem is that when you convert the library from HSpice, sometihng like 40 element appear on the screen, I don't know how to deal with that

is it a complet lib with all corners and so on , or just to models

, i have converted before files with 4 or 6 models , and no problem

yeah u can convert the models , but the all design kit , it is hard

and what is the method to convert the models? may be there is an external program

i think there is ready models in ADS like BSIM and TSMC

in ads there is a feature called ADS netlist converter , this convert the netlist the models of HSPICE , spectre , spice 3 , to ads one

ppl read the manual of ADS ,
ADS has featured u never dream about , read the manuals and u will be surprised how amazing this program
