Help on SXB-4089 0.5W AMP from sirenza
I see in the datasheet of SXB-4089 at
http://www.sirenza.com/documents/products/1098/SXB-4089(Z)_Datasheet.pdf
the EVAL PCB for this IC at 880MHZ,1960MHZ,2140MHZ.
If you see the sch of the EVAL PCBs,there are Z=50 ohm with different electrical degrees in each Freq.
How I can calculate the DEGREES of these Z at other frequencies? Is there any method?
Download the SXB-4089 S-parameters from here:

and import/enter into your favorite microwave design program.
There are three design examples in the data sheet: 880, 1960 and 2140 MHz. Pick the input/output matching circuits (transmission lines and capacitors) from the example in the data sheet which is closest to your application frequency. Enter these matching circuits in your design and check for expected gain and return loss according to the design example frequency you selected.
You have now verified the design example you selected and next step is to adapt the design to your application frequency:
Fine tune (or optimize) the matching circuits for desired performance at your application frequency. If this is close to the design example you selected, no or only minor adjustments ar required. Finally, check for stability.
