Help Related to OptSim and MATLAB fo Fibre Optic Communicati

I am doing my Masters degree in Communication and my research is to measure Linewidth of Lasers using different techniques like Homodyne and Heterodyne methods.

I need to simulate using Optsim and MATLAB.

Where I can get OptSim? Can I download from somewhere?
