return loss vs. vswr

I hv designed one 88~108 Mhz premplifier. The gain is around 34db. Return loss minimum is 16.44db. Is this ok?

A return loss of 16.44 dB is good as a minimum.

Frequency range is 80~108MHz ,the Return loss very good .

Question is whether it is a simulated return loss, or a measured one.

I just simulated it. But today i checked gain with sweep generator is 2 db less than simulated. Just i hv to check return loss in real conditions.
