Question about Inductance in tsmc0.18 library

Dear everyone,

I simulate the inductance value (tsmc0.18 library).
But I got two different curve using the Y-parameter and Zin.
Why the different ?

And I also find the induntace value fall into negative area with increasing freq. why ?

I try to upload the pic, but i can't change .bmp into .jpg. sorry.

i think as the freqqncy increase ur getting close to the self resonance frequency at which the inductor begin to be a capacitor

I think so . But why two different simulaiton giving different curve. Which is more accurate ?
