Can I measure NF of LNA with SA?
In theory yes but the SA noise figure must be much less than the LNA (not likely).
R&S have some SW that can be installed on their VSA , and this can measure the noise figure , but the best way is to use the NF meter for accurate results

It's very difficult to achieve accurate NF measurements with SA only.
I suggest to use the Y factor method of noise figure measurement. For details, refer to the following link:

Yes, but you will need a low noise pre-amp.
you can measure it using SA with a SNS(small noise source)
my SA have a preAmp that with enabling it my SA can measure down to -130dBm.
