Help me design non-LC VCO

thanks very much, I had check the link given.my task is to design VCO with only transistor in CMOS process.

My understanding is VCO is make up of 3 parts: bias circuit , delay celll and tuning circuit, the problem is what kind of input should i use in VCO?

Added after 3 minutes:

my design can only use transistor only.

then use ring oscillator , and u can make it tunable
