which unit:omni UWB antenna-high D in elevation plane

hello everyone,
previously i have posted the similar topic on "Electromagnetic Design and Simulation" board.
My desire is an omni directional UWB antenna element, with a constant dipole-type pattern on the elevation plane, the HPBW of which is 30 degree.
So which antenna type i should resort to?
