RX current including basband?
in those datasheet of ICs, there is a RX current Is this value takes into consideration of baseband and other hardware part?
Thanks
Hi,
Usually is specified the Rx current of the IC standalone.
Hope this helps.
RFCMOS
but in case that the baseband and some other hardware part are also integrated on the IC,
I guess then the RX current on the datasheet takes them into consideration right?
Thanks
Hello
In this specific case, the Rx current specification should comprise the current consumption of all integrated parts that are activated during an Rx.
Regards.
RFCMOS
Rx current specified in ic datasheet means :
1.) Current drain by ic itself when operating in Rx mode.
2.) Or according to reference design that provide by ic manufacturer.
ic manufacturers will not provide uncertain information, otherwise they may face serious claim from factories if any goes wrong.
