need the help for the design of LNA

hi everyone,
i need to desinge a LNA, an the frequency is 0.8GHz-2.0GHz, but i don't know which chip is suitable. I very hope you give me some advice ,thanks:D

Check out: ALM-1106 from Avago. I have used this it is very easy use just add some inductors and a couple of resistors and you are going...

It has excellent NF and gain and work in your requested frequency range.

atf54143, one chip and add feedback to realize it, it is cheap

atf54143 is a transistor , and u need to bias it , and design input and output matching netwoks for it , to get the best performance
