adm7660
I have designed an oscillator which works with a power supply of 3 volts. The circuit oscillates when the supply is single, (i.e. 3 and GND), but I face problems when I use a dual power supply(i.e. -1.5 and 1.5). Any idea?
You must not have provided proper negative swing to your amplifier ...... Hope I am right.....
Use ICL7660S or ADM7660 IC to convert +Vcc to -Vcc using only 3 cap and this IC. It is also low power.
Is the oscillator designed from discrete devices or IC process?

It is an LC oscillator which is designed using 5 or 6 (I cannot remember now) MOSFETs.
Added after 4 minutes:
It is not that it doesn't oscillate. I believe it is oscillating but the simulator does not converge thus it does not give you any output.
I doubt what you suggested because what changed was the DC bias of the output node and nothing else. (please correct me if I am wrong)
