If a device has a 100W output power at 3dB what is its power output at 1dB?

in nearly all datasheet of power devices for wireless application (UMTS, WiMax...) it is declared a 3 dB output power insteadc a 1 dB output power.

If a device has a 100W output power @3dB what is his power output @1dB?

3 = 10*lg(100Wt/BaseWt)

find the base power BaseWt and then use it in

1 = 10*lg(XWt/BaseWt) then derive XWt from there .
