Class C, 2.8V, 100 mW mmic?

Anyone know off the top of their heads if there is a mmic out there that works at 902-927 MHz, down to 2.8 V dc, 10 dB gain min, 100 mW out. I need very high effciency for battery operation, and it is high volume so I want an integrated circuit, not a discrete amp.

Unfiltered FSK modulation, so it can be fully compressed.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that part seems to need 8 volts.

I did find a Maxim Max 2430 that might do the job.
