How to simulation a varactor's capacitance?

Hi,

I try to simualate the capacitance of the varactor with different control Voltage in tsmc0.18um technology.

First, i set a control voltage in one port( another port connects Ground)
But the Current is zero.

Second, i use s-parameter to test the Zin, Zin still is zero.

anyone know How to simulate this ?

it is better to use RF chock coil and DC blocking capacitor to bias the varactor , this is will give u good results
the u get the Zin , and get the imag(Zin) , this is the 1/wc , u have w , then u get the C
