need Mixer with IIP3 better than 20dbm

Hi everyone,
I am interested in UHF RFID receiver frontend design(900M) where
a high linearity mixer is needed, say IIP3>20dbm, at least 16dbm.
For this spec, is it reasonable for active CMOS RF to realize?
If any, please suggest me! Thanks
