Need suggestion about LNA and Mixer for UHF RFID Reader

Hi all,
I am about to design LNA and Mixer for 900M RFID reader.
But the lna and mixer here should have high linearity, say IIP3 >10dbm.
Could anyone give me some suggestion about what structure and
reference material I should dig first. Thanks
