How to fabricate a patch antenna with RT/Duroid material ?

had design a patch antenna for 2.4ghz, with VSWR=1.027,and S11=-44.6.

I need to fabricate this with RT/Duriod material please tell procedure to follow

I had tried the Adix_manual, but it is not conveying in proper way,tell as your own way...
