need help to draw MOS capacitance curve

i need to simulate a MOS varactor , so i have to show a graph between capacitance and applied voltage.
can anyone tell me how to draw this capacitance curve using spice(hspice or eldo)?

using any simulator , get the input impedance , the imaginary part is the capacitance , z = 1/W C , so u can get C , and plot it VS V
